Questions or Concerns

If you have a question or concern, the most effective way to communicate to the Board and Sentry Management is through a written request using the contact form on CommunityPro PORTAL. Your request will be logged in their system for review and response by the community Board.

Ticket Escalation

If you have emailed Sentry's communitycare@sentrymgt.com or have submitted a form on the CommunityPRO portal but still have not gotten a response within two weeks, please fill out the form below. A notification will be sent to the Board so they can escalate your ticket. 

Any communication regarding your issue will still be handled through Sentry but this form will help bring your issues to the attention of the Board so it may be resolved promptly.

The Pool is Closed

September 29, 2024 at 10:00PM

We hope you enjoyed your time at the pool this season! The pool will be closed till May 2025.
**Access to the pool will be disabled on all key cards at 10PM. Please be aware that anyone who enters the pool area after pool seasons will be considered trespassing and will be charged as so along with losing pool access for next year.
