2023 Annual Assessments - Please pay your assessments by March 1, 2023.
School Bus Stops - Parents, please remind your children to be curious and not leave trash on the streets, yards, or sidewalks when waiting at their school bus stops. Also, please have your kids be mindful to head home once being dropped off. We have had an increase in children roughhousing and hanging out in neighbors' yards after the bus has dropped them off.
Scams - Please be aware of scams that have been happening in the neighborhood. A homeowner was scammed by a resident who promised to do a few projects but instead took her money without following through with any projects. These types of scams can be committed by any stranger, solicitor, or even neighbor. Please be cautious and be aware of how you can protect yourself. Projects
Main Entrance Curb and Drain Cover Damage - The county Department of Transportation (DOT) has fixed the demolished drain at the front entrance and replaced the island with stamped red concrete. Thank you all for your patience as we worked on this project. Paving of the roads around the entrance and in the community is on the schedule of the DOT.
Yard of
The Month
Starting in June and ending in September, the Yard of the Month award program will show our appreciation and will recognize those homeowners who demonstrate effort in maintaining their property. Each monthly winner will receive a Home Depot gift card and the honor of displaying the official St. Andrews at Rockport Yard of the Month lawn sign in their yard that identifies their property as being that month’s winner. Good luck and may the best yard win!
